Hi Guys, Its Niro here from eBusiness.lk . Lets discuss why we wanted to launch a website / blog dedicated to eBusiness in Sri Lanka. First of all let me give you an introduction about my self.

I’m Niro and a passionate Internet Marketer. Since my early days of schooling I was building websites and web solutions. Starting from GeoCities, I have come a long way having my own Dedicated Servers and hundreds of websites. I have been brave enough to be one of the very few full time e-marketers in Sri Lanka and has proved that this profession has stable demand in Sri lanka.

However I have spent most of my time focusing on US market and helping companies like Monvia, NewMoon.com, daughters.com , LoanBack.com and yahoo Groups. My role was very valuable for that market and happy to be highly paid. Somehow I have a goal of converting Sri lankan eBusiness market also to a better position. This is really needed and professionals like us should step in to develop this.

In this eBusiness Blog I would be focusing on the following,

  • We will focus on the Small Business in Sri Lanka. Not much investment needed but very focused.
  • Lets try to get companies to follow certain eBusiness Model where we grow gradually.
  • Lets try to gather all the professionals in this field and share their success stories.
  • Use some of our connections to help the small companies.
  • Share the learning with each other.
